Request account deletion

Use the contact form to request deletion of your PayMyShare account and personal data.

Choose Privacy question and enter your name and registered email address.
State that you want to delete your account. Do not include your password or payment details.
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

Shared records and subscriptions

Your request may affect records shared with other group members. Our Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion considerations.

If you have Pro, manage renewal through the payment provider’s subscription management before requesting deletion. Sending a deletion request does not itself cancel your subscription.

Manage Pro subscription
